Is your marriage on the rocks? Do you suddenly find that the conflicts between your spouse and your self is getting wider and wider that both of you are just shouting at each other the moment you begin a conversation? Instead of a divorce as a suitable solution, you would instead prefer to seek the services of a marriage counsellor. Couples counselling is in fact very popular these days.

It is very easy for anyone to fall in love but to stay in love is not that easy. This is what happens in   marriage. We all start with falling in love with our spouses when we get married but after some years we find that we begin to take our spouse for granted and the love begins to fade. It is when the problems escalate that we feel the need to create a marriage, which remains happy, and a relationship, which we deserve.

When we begin to neglect our marriage it begins to deteriorate and it is a known fact that when a marriage is healthy the partners have longer lives, less illness, less stress, children who are happy, etc .And it is a happy marriage that everyone dreams of but not many work on keeping their marriages that way.

To keep working on creating a happy marriage for years to come requires the partners to go in for counseling. This is why a couples counselling is very important as both partners get counseled and understand better the various dimensions of their relationship.

Many marriage counselors conduct workshops and programs on couples counselling.  Attending one of these couples counseling workshop will help to stabilize a marriage which is on the rocks. It helps couples to work on making their marriage a more meaningful, healthy relationship that gives them both a sense of satisfaction.

In couple's counselling, couples are helped to reduce their distance they are presently experience with one another, lack of communication, feelings of anger which may have developed for one another over the years of marriage etc.

Most couples attending these couples counselling have benefited greatly from these sessions, have reported better understanding between spouses, and has helped develop better emotional bonding too.

It is very important for couples with young children to attend couples counselling on a regular basis in order to keep their relationship fresh and thriving. In fact, this is one of their important duties and responsibilities towards their children.

No one likes to think about death, but it's very important to make sure that your family is provided for in the event of your untimely death. One of the best things that you can do is create an affordable funeral plan for yourself and your family members, and here are some of the best ways to make the arrangements.

Since your family will be overcome with grief and may be unable to make rational decisions, it is essential that you purchase an affordable insurance plan that will cover the cost of funeral merchandise and the memorial service. The insurance policy should also cover other costs like the pre-funeral, which involves the wake or other viewings of the body by family and friends. This is also the time that other friends and coworkers can use in order to offer their condolences, and take time to work through their shock and/or sadness.

In addition to the actual funeral and burial, and affordable funeral policy will also cover post-funeral costs. The post-funeral is a gathering of the people that attended the memorial service, and can be planned or spontaneous. The gathering will probably involve food, and the attendants will most likely share stories of the fond memories they have of the deceased.

If you're looking for caskets and other funeral merchandise that will make your memorial service more affordable, you should keep in contact with your insurance company so that you can renew your policy on time. The websites for most insurance companies may also include a checklist that you'll need to refer to for an affordable funeral Be sure to go over this list often to make sure that all the items you need are either already purchased, or can be purchased easily at the time of your death. Doing some research on the funeral homes that may be able to offer you services is also important, so that you can explore your options for burial plots and additional merchandise such as flower arrangements or headstones.

You should also consider how you want to be buried. If you want to use a wood casket instead of a metal one, your memorial service will cost less. If you choose to be cremated, it may be more affordable for your family to purchase an urn than to buy a casket. Even if you don't want a funeral, it's important to consider your family members' feelings. For instance, if you wish to be cremated and don't want a ceremony, you should still put some money aside so that your loved ones can have a small ceremony to honor you. This is an important part of the grieving process, and is a good way to provide an affordable funeral that those who love you will really need.

Your house is usually the house that most people visit during the holidays, so you'll want to teach your children all you can about Thanksgiving so that they can learn about more great reasons to celebrate the day. Here are some of the best ways to teach your children and family about Thanksgiving, as well as some crafts and activities that everyone will enjoy.

One of the things you'll want to stress to your children is that this holiday is mainly about being grateful. While this is a time that you get together with friends and family to eat great food, this time of year was traditionally used to give thanks for the harvest. Make sure that your children know that things like food and clothing should not be taken for granted, and that taking time to say thank you to those that are responsible for their well-being is a practice they should carry into adulthood.

Another great way to teach your loved ones about Thanksgiving is to take them to a homeless shelter or soup kitchen so that they can directly help those that are less fortunate. It is very comforting to spend this time of year in a safe, warm home with people that you love, and your children need to see that everyone does not have this luxury. Most homeless shelters will allow you to volunteer your time for an hour or two before or after you have your meal at home, and making this a family tradition could help to bring you and your loved ones closer.

You can also teach your family about different cultures and ethnicities when you are sharing information about Thanksgiving. It is believed that the Spaniards were the first to celebrate the holiday in North America, as a way to celebrate their arrival to the New World. Food and festivities were definitely a part of this celebration, so you may want to try a few traditional Spanish dishes for your meal to expose your children and family to new fare. You can also do a little research to find out how different people celebrate this time of year, so you can create crafts and food that will make the lessons a little more real.

If you want to learn more about Thanksgiving for yourself, you can visit your local library for books, videos, and DVDs that will teach you the historical significance of this holiday. You can also find historical accounts and informational books on sites like www.amazon.com or www.bn.com. There are also a number of children's books on these sites that you can use to tell your little one more about Thanksgiving.

Did you like this article?  Why don’t you find out more here. I think you'll like it alot!: How To Be A Player

No matter who you are, where you live, or how tough the competition is in your local singles market, you can learn how to be a player and never spend another night voluntarily on your own. It may seem like some guys get all the action and others are picking up the scraps, but literally anyone can learn the right strategies to turn their luck around. Anyone!

What most people think about when they want to get some attention from a woman? Probably their best pick up lines or some witty approach, right? The truth is that is not enough! If you want to learn how to be a player then you will have to realize that the approach and those first words are only a very small part of the game. You want to not only get their attention, but keep it on you with wonder and interest.

Literally hundreds of websites and an endless array of books have been devoted to getting single people through first dates and short term relationships without embarrassing themselves too bad. The same common advice is scattered throughout most of them, so it can be difficult to find the really useful information that is worth reading.

The problem is that kind of advice is not enough if you want to learn how to be a player and really work the social scene. You need to take advantage not only of what you say or how you approach someone else, but how you use body language and manipulate the surroundings on that first date.

Science has delivered considerable amounts of research into what drives attraction between two people and why some people know how to be a player naturally and others seem to blend into the wall in social situations. To be a player, you need to take advantage of strategies and theories proven to work time and again. Even a wall flower can turn their love life around with more knowledge.

Believe it or not, you won't become a player just by having lots of money, flashing material goods, or simply being the most handsome person in the room. In fact, you could easily come off as pompous jerk too full of yourself and totally turn everyone off if you try those tactics.

Attraction between two people is not about trying not to burp at the dinner table or rushing to open the car door first. If you can learn about what drives attraction and what makes others curious and intrigued with another person, you will get a lot further.

In fact, for many women not holding the door and burping as if you don't care would be more of a turn on than being so polite you are a big bore.

Think about high school and college. Who got more action: the jocks or the nerds with their calculators? If you want to learn how to be a player let go of the Mr. Nice Guy image and start learning what is really attractive to others. This is a science that goes way beyond breaking your neck to open the door first.

How To Attract GIrls

Every guy wants to know how to get girls but very few of them actually make it and have a high failure rate as a result. There are many reasons for this and the vast majority these reasons are things that we can change for ourselves in order to rapidly increase our success rates.

Undoubtedly the biggest problem is the fear of rejection and this is indeed why people often don't even make an attempt. Getting over the issues of confidence can be challenging and it generally takes some successful moves to help build up their self confidence. Even if you are not confident in yourself, you need to come across as though you are.

Many guys also have an inferiority complex, only keeping an eye on the girls that they consider within their grasp. That is to say, that if you are an average looking guy, you are probably going to be looking for girls are you consider to be average looking as well. This is one of the biggest problems, being afraid to name what you consider to be too high. If you see that stunning girl in the bar and you are saying to yourself that she's completely out of your league, then this is a grave mistake.

Women tend to be impressed by confidence and they also like the anticipation of a guy who dares. If you go about things right way, there is no reason at all why you shouldn't be going for any woman you have your eyes on. This is where many guys fail when it comes to how to get girls and there is nothing worse for a girl if she has the impression that you are only going for her because you consider her to be within your reach.

Women are also impressed by popularity. Even if you are not particularly popular, in order to approach a girl, you need to make sure you have an aura of perceived popularity and this goes hand in hand with not paying her too much attention.

Virtually no women like pushy guys so make sure you tread carefully and don't be overly affectionate. In fact, make sure your interest is entirely discrete as this keeps up the anticipation. If you want to know how to get girls, then you need to realise that anticipation is one of the most important factors.

Using body language and eye contact, you will find that these things are much more powerful than words in many cases. They build up a certain atmosphere of mystery and anticipation and women absolutely love this. If you can achieve this, then you will probably find the woman will come up to you.

While you should certainly flirt and flatter woman you are interested in, it is very important to keep it discreet and keeping to a minimum. You need to stand out from the crowd and is nothing more doomed to failure than coming across as just another guy hitting on her.

The flight time from Manchester to Cape Town will depend on the particular airline. By this I mean there is no one fixed time I can simply mention but I have to assess different flights. Secondly time can be defined in two ways, that is, the time spent on air from Manchester to Cape Town and the overall time for the journey including stops or transfer time.

So now that I have provided the background let me provide the different times by the top Airlines.

The British Airways offers the shortest time to Cape Town from Manchester. The time that is spent on air travel is 12 hours and 35 minutes. The time to switch in between the flights is 1 hour and 30 minutes making the total time for the trip to be 14 hours and 05 minutes.

The South African Airways journey is slightly longer than the British Airways one by about 05 minutes giving it a total of 14 hours and 10 minutes. Of this time 12 hours and 55 minutes constitutes time in the air and 1 hour and 15 minutes is time in between flights.

Virging Atlantic offers the nest shortest possible flight. This flight has one stop from Manchester i.e. at London Heathway and from there it flies straight to Cape Town. Time for air travel on this flight is 13 hours. The transfer time is two hours and 40 minutes (2h40m), which makes the overall journey to be fifteen hours and forty minutes (15h40).

Lufthansa Airlines takes about sixteen hours overall, Emirates nearly 20 hours overall flight time, Manchester to Cape Town and Air France about eighteen hours.

You will be able to view current flight times, air airfares and routes at any one of these:

you can also find more useful articles on this blog. Our aim is to provide everything that you need under one roof so that you don't have to waste your time online

In Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy, Leslie S. Greenberg and Rhonda N. Goldman expand the framework of emotionally focused therapy for couples to focus more intently on the development of the self and the relationship system through the promotion of self-soothing and other-soothing; to deal with unmet needs both from the client's adulthood and childhood; and to work more explicitly with emotions, specifically fear, anxiety, shame, power, joy, and love. The authors discuss the three major motivational systems central to couples therapy--attachment, identity, and attraction and clarify emotions and motivations in the dominance dimension of couples' interactions.

The authors use a rich variety of case material to demonstrate how working with emotions can facilitate change in couples and, by extension, in all situations where people may be in emotional conflict with others. Greenberg and Goldman provide the tools needed to identify specific emotions and show the reader how to work with them to resolve conflict and promote bonding in couples therapy. ....read more

Individuals within a couple relationship are asked by their partner to fulfil a multitude of needs - for example, for companionship, security, intimacy - and are often expected to play a number of roles: lover, friend and problem-solver. These ideals can bring disappointment and result in the previously balanced relationship becoming unsatisfying. At this point couples may turn to a counsellor for help.

This practical, readable book focuses on the methods and techniques which counsellors can use to reassert that balance in the partnership. Bubenzer and West examine the nature of couple relationships and emphasize that the task of counselling couples is about motivating them, helping them to have a functional comprehension of their concerns and encouraging them to increase their behavioural management skills.

The authors describe the features of couple relationships that are amenable to change and clearly explain how counsellors can stimulate that change. Carefully-chosen case studies provide an understanding of when and how to use the techniques at different points during the counselling process. Guidelines also illustrate how the counselling sessions can be structured and show the steps which couples can take to break their old patterns of behaviour outside the counselling arena.

At a time when there is an increasing need for counsellors to better understand couple relationships, this guide will be invaluable for all those in the helping professions.
